Warranty Information
Your hearing aid(s) warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 3-years from the time you receive your order. Personal Amplifiers and some OTC devices may have a lesser warranty. Details are included in product description. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free. Protect your hearing instrument from ALL types of unexpected or accidental damage with our Protection Plan (can be added during checkout).
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your hearing aids, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Please fill out the form below to request a RMA number and specific return instructions. When returning hearing aids, please return with all of the original packaging including the manufacturer’s box, manual and all accessories
