Manufacturer repairs may be required if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked, or if your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the battery, internal tubing, microphone, or the charging case.
You are always welcome to contact customer service if you have questions about hearing aid maintenance or need assistance. We offer a fast repair fix, with hearing aid loaners if needed. Many repairs can be a same-day fix for as low as $45. We repair aids such as: Beltone, Resound, Miracle Ear, Signia, Widex, Starkey, Oticon, Phonak, and many more.
